ABOUT ME

I am a qualified primary school teacher with over 25 years teaching experience. Since 2008, I have been running my drama club in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. During that time, hundreds of children have “flourished” as a result of the amazing speech & drama programme I have delivered.

I’m passionate in my belief that if a child has the self-confidence to step outside their comfort zone & take a risk, they can achieve anything they dream of. Creative children are more likely to enjoy academic success & go on to become our future leaders. The pride on a child’s face when they achieve something they thought they couldn’t is PRICELESS!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can my child have a go before I enrol them for the full term?
Yes of course! We offer either a free trial lesson or a four week trial for new students. You can choose which will suit your child when you complete the enrolment form.
Can my child join at any time even if the term has already started?
Absolutely! Your child can join our classes at any time during the school term.
My child has never done any drama before. Does this matter?
Your child doesn’t need to have had any previous acting experience before they join us. Classes are suitable for all children regardless of their acting ability.
How do I pay the term fee?
The term fee can either be paid in full at the start of the term or by setting up a weekly payment plan over the course of the term. All we ask is for the full fee to be settled by the last lesson of the term.
Will my child be involved in any performances?
All classes give two performances each year. In Term 2, students give a short presentation of their work during normal lesson time and in Term 4, all classes perform a scripted end of year production for family and friends.
